Feet and legs massaged in a quiet spa room

Guide · October 2026

The hotel spa, without the hotel bill.

You do not need a room key to use a Macau hotel spa. Every spa on this page takes day guests. What is harder to find is the product itself: a standalone day pass, facilities only, no treatment attached. Almost no Macau hotel spa sells one through the booking platforms. What they sell instead are vouchers and packages that quietly do the same job, plus one spa that publishes a walk-up admission price. This guide sorts the shapes, names which venues sell which, and says what each one actually includes, so you can buy a spa day without buying a hotel night.

Key facts

What you need to know, in short
No Macau hotel spa sells a facilities-only day pass on Klook, Trip.com or KKday as we write. One, Zensa Spa at Studio City, publishes a per-entry admission of MOP 380 for its wet spa, pool and gym, sold at the venue itself.
The workaround
At Macau hotel spas the facilities come with the treatment: vitality pools, sauna, steam room and lounge are part of a treatment visit. A well-chosen voucher is a day pass with a massage attached.
Best shapes
The Londoner Grand voucher writes lounge access into the price (US$151.69). A V Spa foot massage (from US$53.35) is the cheapest door into a grand hotel spa. Zensa and Altira sell two-hour-plus packages built to fill an afternoon.
The rules
Vouchers need a reservation with the spa, usually a day ahead. Zensa and Altira vouchers cannot be cancelled once bought; the Londoner Grand voucher allows changes up to six hours before. Prices were read on the listings on 25 October 2026 and move.

How it works

Three shapes of a spa day

Shape one is the pure pass: pay for the facilities, skip the treatment. In Macau it barely exists. Zensa Spa at Studio City is the exception we could verify: its published spa and leisure menu lists an admission fee per entry for the wet spa, pool and gym, MOP 380 standard and MOP 130 concession, with the gym and indoor pool running 7:00 to 22:00. It is sold at the venue, alongside annual memberships, which is why it hides inside a membership menu rather than on a booking platform.

Shape two is the voucher that names the facilities. Most spa vouchers sell a treatment and leave the rest implied. A few write the day out in the terms: the Londoner Grand's voucher puts access to the vitality and relaxation lounges in the included list. When the facilities are in writing, you are buying a day, not just an hour on a table.

Shape three is the day-length package: two to two and a half hours of treatment, sometimes with food attached, priced to fill an afternoon rather than a gap between plans. Zensa's Retreat and Oasis journeys, Altira's long seasonal packages and the Palazzo Versace spa and afternoon tea set for two all work this way.

Underneath all three sits the rule that makes Macau spa days possible at all: the heat and water facilities come with any treatment booking. We set that out in full in hotel pools and spa access for non-guests. This guide is about the products that go further: the ones that sell the day itself.

The venues

Five ways in, venue by venue

01

Zensa Spa, Studio City: the real day pass

Level 3, Star Tower, Studio City, CotaiWet spa, pool and gymSpa 11:00 to 23:00

Zensa is the only Macau hotel spa where we could verify a facilities-only price. Studio City's own spa and leisure menu lists admission per entry to the wet spa, pool and gym at MOP 380 standard, MOP 130 concession, paid at the venue. The wet areas behind that price are serious: vitality pools, saunas, steam and snow rooms, with 13 treatment rooms behind them.

The partner route in is a day in the other shape. Klook sells Zensa's treatment journeys: Retreat, two and a half hours across massage, body and facial; Oasis, two hours of massage and body care; and individual massages from 60 minutes, listed from US$193.59 (about MOP 1,555). The listing tells you to check in at least 45 minutes before your treatment to use the heat and water experiences, which is the day-pass logic stated plainly. Terms: reserve at least a day ahead, no cancellation, prices include the 10% service charge and 5% tax, minimum age 16, vouchers valid to 31 December 2026.

02

The Spa at Londoner Grand: lounge access, in writing

Level 3, Baker Tower, The Londoner Grand, CotaiMing Hui Spa15 treatment rooms

Most vouchers make you infer the facilities. This one lists them. The Klook voucher for the Spa at Londoner Grand, the hotel's Ming Hui Spa, includes a 60-minute signature massage, access to the spa vitality and relaxation lounges, a MOP 250 voucher toward homecare products when you spend MOP 1,000 or more, and five hours of free parking. The lounges are the day: arrive early, use them before the treatment, and stay in them after.

The price as listed is US$151.69 (about MOP 1,220) for one person and US$285.55 (about MOP 2,290) for two, 5% government tax included, valid to 31 December 2026 with blackout dates that include 19 to 31 December. It is also the most flexible product in this guide: changes and cancellations are allowed up to six hours before arrival, where Zensa and Altira allow none.

03

Altira Spa: the long afternoon

Level 15, Altira Macau, TaipaPool and fitness centre, Level 1611:00 to 21:00

Altira's spa sits a floor below its pool and fitness centre, and its Klook listing leans into length. The current line-up runs long: Sensory Revival and Autumn Rejuvenation body treatments at 120 minutes, listed at US$192.89 and US$222.75, a Marine Energy Recharge at 150 minutes at US$257.50, and a 90-minute Himalaya Salt Stone massage at US$295.65 (about MOP 2,375) for two. Seasonal packages rotate: the 120-minute pair run to 31 October 2026, the salt stone to 30 November, the 150-minute journey to 31 December.

One thing the listing does not sell is pool time. Altira's Klook packages are treatments only, and none of them currently includes access to the Level 16 pool or fitness centre; we checked the listing on 25 October 2026. If pool time is the point of your day, Altira is not the route to it; Zensa's admission above is. Standard terms for the listing: prices include the 10% service charge and 5% tourism tax, book at least a day ahead by phone or email, no cancellation, last booking 20:00.

04

Palazzo Versace Spa: treatment and tea, for two

Level 3, Palazzo Versace Macau, Grand Lisboa Palace, CotaiFor two peopleSpa 14:00 to 22:00

The Versace package builds the day around a couple. The hotel's own offer, called Shared Blissful Retreat, pairs a 45-minute Meridian Yin Yang shoulder and back therapy with an afternoon tea set for two at La Scala del Palazzo, the hotel's Italian restaurant. Treatment first or tea first, it is an afternoon out with the spa as the anchor rather than the whole event, which suits people who find a full day in a robe too much of a good thing.

The hotel publishes the package at MOP 1,888++ for two from Monday to Wednesday and MOP 2,088++ from Friday to Sunday, running to 30 November 2026. Klook lists the same spa and afternoon tea package at US$287.95 (about MOP 2,310). The spa's hours are the shortest in this guide, 14:00 to 22:00, so plan it as an afternoon and evening, not a morning. More for couples in our couples' spa guide.

05

V Spa, The Venetian: the cheapest door in

Level 5, The Venetian Macao, CotaiFoot reflexology specialist12:00 to 04:00

If the point is simply to be inside a grand hotel spa, with its lounges and quiet, for the least money, this is the door. V Spa is a 1,200 square metre spa on Level 5 of The Venetian, a foot-reflexology specialist that stays open until 4 in the morning. Its Klook vouchers start with a 60-minute foot massage listed at US$53.35 (about MOP 430) and a 90-minute at US$76.70 (about MOP 615), a fifth of the price of a full treatment elsewhere in this guide.

What comes with the visit is the full facility set: separate men's and women's vitality lounges with sauna, jacuzzi and steam rooms, a pre-treatment scrub room, and a relaxation lounge with its own tea station. The voucher terms we read run the foot massage vouchers to 20 December 2026, with the wider package list valid to 31 December. For late hours and the full Cotai list, see spas in Cotai and late-night massage.

Choosing

Day pass or treatment: which should you buy?

Start from what you actually want out of the day. If you want the pool, the wet areas and nothing on a table, the route is Zensa Spa's admission, paid at Studio City. If you want one good massage with the lounges around it, any treatment voucher does the job, and the Londoner Grand is the one that promises the lounges in writing. If you want to fill an afternoon, buy length: Zensa's journeys, Altira's long packages, or the Versace treatment and tea for two. If you want the spa atmosphere at the lowest price, buy V Spa's foot massage and treat the lounges as the main event.

Who this suits most is anyone in Macau without a hotel room of their own: day-trippers over from Hong Kong or Zhuhai, cruise and ferry passengers with hours to fill, and guests of hotels whose own spa is small or closed. It also suits hotel guests playing the comparison honestly: a day package at a better spa can cost less than a single treatment at your own hotel's spa. Our price guide sets out what treatments cost across the city.

The honest comparison against booking a treatment direct is flexibility. A voucher locks the venue and, at Zensa and Altira, cannot be cancelled; the Londoner Grand's six-hour change window is the exception. If your plans are fixed, the voucher usually wins on price. If they are not, book the treatment direct with the spa and pay the menu price for the freedom. Either way you get the facilities; what changes is the price and the terms.

Booking

How the vouchers work on the day

Buy the voucher and you get instant confirmation, but the voucher is not the appointment. Zensa and Altira both ask you to reserve at least a day ahead, by phone or email, and every spa in this guide works better with a booked slot than a walk-in. Call, name the voucher, and fix your time. On the day, show the QR code at reception, and build in the early arrival the spas expect: Zensa suggests 45 minutes before your treatment for the heat and water experiences, and the lounges at the Londoner Grand are worth the same margin. The full mechanics are in our booking guide, and first-visit nerves are covered in spa etiquette.

Details checked 25 October 2026 against each spa's Klook listing and, for Zensa Spa's admission and the Palazzo Versace package, the venues' own published pages. Package line-ups and prices change with the seasons; the listing you book on is the one that counts. If a spa day is more than the budget allows, the independent shops in our independent massage guide are the honest alternative. This site covers licensed, therapeutic spas only.

Questions

Can I use a Macau hotel spa without staying at the hotel?

Yes. Every spa in this guide takes day guests, and none of the products below asks for a room number. Day guests are a normal part of Macau spa business: you buy a voucher or pay admission, reserve a time with the spa, and use the facilities around your visit like any other guest.

Is there a facilities-only day pass in Macau?

Almost never on the booking platforms. No Macau hotel spa sells a facilities-only pass on Klook, Trip.com or KKday as we write. The exception is at the venue itself: Zensa Spa at Studio City publishes a per-entry admission fee of MOP 380 (standard) for its wet spa, pool and gym in its spa and leisure menu. Everywhere else, the way in is a treatment or a package.

What does a spa day package actually include?

The treatment named on the voucher, plus the spa's heat and water facilities around it: vitality pools, sauna, steam room and the relaxation lounge are part of a treatment visit at Macau hotel spas. Some products say more in writing. The Londoner Grand voucher names access to the vitality and relaxation lounges in its inclusions; Altira's packages, by contrast, name treatments only, with no pool or fitness centre access included. Day-length packages run two to two and a half hours of treatment, and the Palazzo Versace package adds an afternoon tea set for two.

Is a day package cheaper than just booking a treatment?

Usually they are the same door at a different price. Because the facilities come with any treatment, the cheapest treatment voucher is already a day pass with a massage attached. Partner vouchers often price below the spa's own published menu, and the packages bundle things the menu sells separately, like the Londoner Grand's lounge access and homecare voucher, or Versace's afternoon tea. If you want facilities and nothing else, Zensa Spa's MOP 380 admission is the only pure pass we could verify.

How do your booking links work: do I pay more?

No. A button opens the venue's page on the platform named (Klook, Trip.com or KKday) at the price shown there. If you book, the platform may pay us a commission. You pay the same as booking on that platform directly.

Why book through this site rather than direct?

Compare first. Platform vouchers often undercut the venue's published menu price, and prepaying means nothing to settle on the day; booking direct with the venue suits flexible plans and last-minute changes better. Check both, and read the voucher terms before you pay.

Can I cancel or change a booking made through your links?

The platform you booked on (Klook, Trip.com or KKday) holds the booking, not us. Cancellation and changes follow the policy shown on that product before you pay. In this guide: Zensa Spa and Altira Spa vouchers cannot be cancelled once bought, while the Londoner Grand voucher allows changes and cancellations up to six hours before arrival. Manage bookings in the platform app or your confirmation email.

What if something goes wrong with a booking?

Contact the platform you booked with first (Klook, Trip.com or KKday): the payment and the booking sit with them. Keep the confirmation email or the booking page in the app. If the problem is on our side, a wrong link or wrong information on this site, tell us via the contact page and we will fix it.
