Macau's casinos never close, and the city runs late. But most hotel spas wind down by midnight. These are the verified places still open when you need one: two that never close, one hotel spa that runs to 4am, and two solid late (not all-night) options.

Two systems run side by side. V Spa, the only hotel spa on this list, works on vouchers: buy on Klook or Trip.com earlier in the day, then reserve your late slot with the spa directly. Cotai's resorts are served by free shuttle buses until late, but schedules thin out after midnight. Budget for a taxi back to your hotel. Public transport winds down; have cash or a payment app ready for the fare.
