The hotel spas are the only foot-reflexology venues with bookable online vouchers. Two Klook listings carry dedicated foot packages: V Spa at The Venetian sells a 60-minute foot massage voucher (packages valid to 31 December 2026; the spa itself runs daily 12:00–04:00), and Sands Spa at Sands Macao sells 45-, 60- and 90-minute foot reflexology packages (valid to 31 December 2026). What a session is like

You sit in a recliner; your feet go into a warm herbal bath. The therapist then works pressure points across your feet and calves for the full 60 minutes — the standard session length — and tea is usually served when you finish. You keep your clothes on; wear trousers you can roll past the knee, or change into the loose shorts the venue provides.

Reflexology pressure runs firmer than a Western spa massage. That is normal — but say so if you want it lighter; therapists adjust without fuss. Peak evening hours can mean a short wait at the popular branches, and Foot Recreation is 18+ only.

Etiquette that matters

Arrive a few minutes early so the foot bath doesn't eat into your hour. Phones stay silent. At independent shops with no service charge, 10–15% in cash for good service is the custom; hotel spas already add a 10% service charge, so no extra tip is expected. More in spa etiquette.
